As a GTA based Realtor with Parkside Group, he has spent over a decade guiding homeowners through the complexities of preparing and selling homes.
Paul founded Elderhaus Heritage Renovations, a boutique advisory and renovation service, after recognizing a consistent request from older homeowners – how to make their properties desirable to the next generation of Buyers.
